The Integrated Martial Arts/Development Academy was recently invited to participate in the 2012 Multi-Cultural festival. We provided a Martial Arts demonstration that expressed in a variety of ways how a Martial Artist is able to connect with and direct the universal flow of "chi" energy, with the intention of inspiring Health, Wellbeing and Harmony throughout each component of the human instrument (physical/biological, mental, emotional). At this stage of our Martial Arts journey we are discovering through specific breathing techniques and symbolic physical exercises, how it is possible to activate a definite feeling of wellbeing, inner peace and harmony. As humanity is preparing to collectivly move together into a new era of Unity, Equality and co-operation, these are the most important benefits that can be experienced and shared through practicing Martial Arts.
